31/10/20122012Los Angeles, California, United StatesCalifornia04At a Halloween party on the University of Southern California campus, an argument escalated and a man pulled out a handgun and shot a rival gang member, Geno Hall, seven times, critically wounding him. Three other people, who were not students of USC, were shot and wounded and hospitalized with less serious injuries. Brandon Spencer, 20, was arrested for the shooting.
